It’s a new year and with it comes new faces. This year at Grace High we are so excited to have three new teachers.

Mr. Newby and his family of five came here from Wyoming. Mr. Newby has a son, Hans, in 8th grade, Josie in 6th grade and Cael in 4th.He used to teach P.E.

and was a weight training coach. He also was the football assistant coach and head wrestling coach in Wyoming. We are very excited to have him teaching

some of our fitness classes and can’t wait to welcome him into our Grace  community.

Mrs. Ripplinger is new to Grace. She and her husband decided to come to Grace because she knew that it would be a great place to do her student teaching. She knew Grace would have good opportunities for her small family to grow. She will be teaching 7th grade English and helping Mrs. Tolman and Mrs. Kimball with 8th and 9th grade English. We can’t wait to see what she will do for our students.

Our last new face has replaced Mrs. Newbry. Mrs. Murdoch is our new secretary. She has always known that she wanted to be a secretary. When Mrs. Newbry retired, Mrs. Murdoch jumped at the chance to replace her. Mrs.Murdoch said that, “I have moved more than 20 times in my life and have lived in Grace the longest.” She is so happy to have stayed in Grace for this long. She is looking forward to being a part of our GHS family and we are so excited to have her here. Mrs. Murdoch is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have had five children and now have one grandchild. She also recently bought her dream car, a red mustang.

We are so excited to welcome these new faces into our school. We can’t wait to see what they will do for our school!
