It was hilarious!”

— Mrs. Brady

Growing up everyone liked to pretend to be someone else: whether it was a GI Joe, pirate, or princess every little girl and boy loved to play pretend. Growing up nothing really changed but now we pretend in a more professional setting called theater. For anyone who knows of the popular movie (and book series), Harry Potter, this years play was a dream come true. The members of the play were finally able to experience what life would be like in magical world filled with wands, dragons, snitches, and a lot of back stage help to make it all come together perfectly. Jeri Kay Brady agreed with me saying,”Everyone did great! Cash played a strong villain and sounded amazing and Wylie’s comedy and mind blowing acting skills made it even better. I thought it was hilarious.” Something that many people don’t know about this years play is that it was originally written by a teacher here in Idaho! After looking through many options for this years play Mr. E found Fairly Potter and it instantly was a hit in his mind. And it turned out to be one of the funniest play that many seniors have done. “Though it had a very rocky start the play was so fun. It was a great end to my high school drama career.” Rebecca Smith, drama president, said. One thing is for sure, no one will ever forget this play. It was jam packed with funny jokes and songs and many laughs backstage. The final night may have come and gone but no one can say that we didn’t have fun.
